After leaving the Navy in 1973, Jim completed his degree in Finance with minors in Accounting and Real Estate Finance. Having grown up in the Bay Area, Jim returned and has been providing financial consulting and investment services for individuals and small businesses since 1977. Jim continues to expand his knowledge of the industry and applicable theory to enhance his ability to serve his clients and has received the designation of ChFC (Chartered Financial Consultant) from the American College and a Certificate in Retirement Planning from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Clients appreciate the time he takes to understand their needs and concerns, and how he incorporates that into helping them design a practical and effective financial strategy. Then, if it is suitable, as an investment advisory representative of AXA Advisors, LLC, and an agent of AXA Network Insurance Agency of California, LLC, he will recommend the appropriate products and services to help them execute their financial strategy.
